All program purchases are non-refundable.

2.2 Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis

This service includes:

A 30-minute health review session
A 60-minute online consultation

The purpose of this service is to review functional blood markers and provide personalised health insights based on functional health principles.

This service is a one-time consultation and not part of the 12-week coaching program.

The service is non-refundable.

This consultation does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

2.3 DNA Analysis Consultation

This service includes a 90-minute consultation session reviewing DNA test results and providing personalised insights into genetic factors that may influence health, lifestyle and nutrition.

This service is educational and informational only and does not constitute medical advice.

The service is non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

3.1 General Payment Terms

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

By enrolling in the 12-week coaching program, you agree to commit to the full duration of the program.

Early cancellation or termination does not release the client from payment obligations.

3.2 Installment Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, the client is legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of participation or completion of the program.

3.3 Chargeback Policy

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks through banks, payment processors, PayPal, Stripe, or similar platforms.

If a chargeback is initiated:

Access to coaching services will be immediately terminated.
Legal action may be taken to recover outstanding amounts and associated fees.
