1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.jennyheigl.com and/or purchasing services from Jenny Heigl Health Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or purchase our services.

Jenny Heigl reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Services Provided

2.1 12-Week Health Coaching Program

Jenny Heigl Health Coaching provides a structured 12-week health coaching program designed to offer guidance on:

Functional nutrition
Lifestyle optimisation
Movement and health strategies
Functional testing insights
Personalised health recommendations

This program is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Participation in the program does not guarantee specific health outcomes, as results depend on individual factors including adherence, lifestyle and biological variability.

The coaching program does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in section 3.

2.2 Blood Test Review (part of 1:1 coaching)

Reviewing your blood results is part of the 12-week 1:1 coaching program and is not offered as a separate service. Blood tests themselves are not included and are paid directly to the lab or your doctor.

The purpose of the review is to look at your blood markers through a functional lens and provide educational, personalised insights. It is not a diagnosis.

The terms for 1:1 coaching apply.

Cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in section 3.

This consultation does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

2.3 Hotter by Design – Functional DNA Testing & Personal Consultation

This service includes:

An at-home DNA test kit, sent by express post
Laboratory analysis of selected genetic markers by a third-party laboratory
A 60–90 minute online consultation reviewing your results
A personal PDF report with lifestyle recommendations

Laboratory processing can take up to four weeks.

Genetic results show tendencies, not diagnoses. This service is educational and informational only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

3.2 Change of mind

Apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a service has started. For DNA testing, this is when the test kit has been dispatched. For consultations and coaching, this is when your first session has taken place.

If you would like to cancel before this point, please email contact@jennyheigl.com and we will refund your payment.

3.3 Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3.4 Questions or concerns about a payment

If you have a concern about a payment or a service, please contact us first at contact@jennyheigl.com so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Jenny Heigl is not a licensed medical doctor or healthcare provider.

All coaching services, recommendations and information provided are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients should always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to diet, supplementation, exercise routines or lifestyle practices.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

Health and lifestyle changes carry inherent risks.
You take full responsibility for your health decisions.
You voluntarily assume any risks associated with implementing coaching recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenny Heigl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Health outcomes related to lifestyle changes
Financial losses
Decisions made based on coaching information

If liability is imposed by law, it shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Jenny Heigl Health Coaching — including but not limited to:

coaching frameworks
educational materials
digital resources
website content
branding

are the intellectual property of Jenny Heigl.

Reproduction, distribution or resale of materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this website may be affiliate links. This means Jenny Heigl may earn a small commission if you purchase products through these links.

This does not affect the price you pay.

Only products aligned with Jenny Heigl's values and expertise are recommended.
